We will confirm acceptance of your order by means of an automatic acknowledgement sent to your email address shortly after you have placed your order but this does not constitute a contract to supply. We will then contact you to arrange delivery date and details as soon as we receive your order.

You can pay by credit card or debit card when ordering on-line, by fax, telephone or by cheque by mail. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment at any stage.

We will try to supply your order as requested but there will be occasions when items are unavailable or out of stock.

We aim to supply quantities ordered as accurately as possible but the nature of the product means weights will vary.

If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately and we will aim to resolve the issue by replacing the goods concerned or refunding their value.
