Organic Pork

Our Organic Pork comes from a number of local organic farms within Northern Ireland.

The pigs are all traditional British breeds such as the British Saddlebacks, the Tamworth and the Gloucester Old Spot all breeds well known for the quality of their meat. They are kept outside with access to a large roaming areas of which they full advantage except of hot sunny days where they are too lazy to do anything except lie around.. For the bacon and the Gammons we use the traditional dry curing process. This traditional process is a skilled time consuming procedure but the all the effort is rewarded by a first class product consistently achieved time after time.

We also offer smoked gammons and bacon, smoked in our own purpose built smokehouse.
